Help the Environment and Your Wallet with Fuel Effecient Vehicles

Fuel Efficiency doesn’t just reduce the cost of operating a vehicle. It can also significantly reduce the impact that operating a vehicle has on the environment.
Here are two areas where the impact reduction can come from.
1) The vehicle burns less fuel and therefore emits less CO2.
2) The vehicle burns less fuel and therefore the environmental impact of supplying that fuel is reduced. That means that less oil needs to be extracted from the ground, refined, and transported to distribution centers (gas stations).
Once again, conservation is not only good for pocket books, but also for the environment.

Well Done - An Organization Giving Back
Corporations have several choices when it comes to caring for the environment.
Some choose to ignore any issues and continue with a “business as usual†attitude. If the issues are not small, then this strategy might be profitable, for a while.
A little more positive are the organizations that make changes to reduce their impact on the environment. I keep saying that as we all make small changes the difference for the environment will be significant.
Some organizations choose to profit from the environment. Many come out with “green†or “environmentally friendly†products. Unfortunately, these products are sometimes no different than the regular product. They have simply slapped a new label on the container and charged the consumer a premium price for the privilege of feeling environmentally conscious.
The organizations that I like to see are the ones that view environmental care as a new market. Unlike the previous group, they’re not looking to gouge the consumer for little to no difference. No, they’re looking for new products that have a reduced impact and that can be sold at a reasonable profit.
Some of these organizations even go on to donate money to other worthwhile causes – including environmental programs.
